Problem is the build that the game is currently on currently doesn't support newer runelite plugins I believe.

Some keyboards have a remapping feature built into the software. I know corsair and razer do. If you've got a decent quality keyboard I'd look up their programs to see if you can utilise this. There may even be a windows program that does so, though I do not know of any
