Hello. As a suggestion to motivate us to Do bosses, what do you think about adding rewards for completing collections? Depending on the difficulty, the better the reward.

To be honest, very few people are motivated to even try the weekend games because they play for less time than others. The ideal is for everyone to have the goal of completing something without rushing.

If you are referring to the collection log, then the rewards for completing this are the items that come along with each boss.

If you do not wish to participate in the timed events then that is up to you, some events over the year do run longer for such things as bingo's that are ran several times a year, the rest are weekend based.
