If you mean the 3 lines, the problem you'll face is barrows brothbers being placed in to low wilderness & players just teleporting on sight of other people

Looks good, place the one above graveyard in the ruins since green dragons are meant to be between the two.
Maybe make it that the ones in higher wild are more likely to give an item? Or were you planning to just have them give items 100% of the time?

No clue about the drop rate yet but I'm going to have them all drop sinister keys and add the barrows chest to Edgeville

- Trident shouldn't work inside of the wilderness VS players.
- Add the Void Staff & Void/Elite Void to the Blood Money Shop
- Void Staff should be able to autocast Claws of Guthix
- Add the Mourners Dungeon to the teleport wizard
