Support. Make it as easy as possible to report something like this. Something along the lines of, when clicking the in-game button, opening a thread in the right forum section with a simple template on how to report it. Like what is broken, how does it work, is it low/med/high priority etc.
The harder to report it is the less likely people will be reporting something.
