Monster examine

Monster examine is a spell in the lunar spellbook that displays to the user the target NPC's stats/attributes.
This is especially useful in PVMing, as it's often unclear (especially on RSPS, where NPC stats often differ from OSRS) what the BIS gear vs a particular NPC is.
