Re-Working Normal Mode

This server has been through enough resets, and it hasn't done any good, As you can tell. All this server needs is to focus on the Pking side and thats when the players will rake in etc Multi clans-Single clans + The eco is good atm its better then most other servers I've played the only trouble is that the iron men/hardcore's over take the regular players (item wise) Due to irons/hc keeping x3-x8 of the same item and thats why it is so hard to get boss items etc, Acb+tostd+arma gs. You have options A-Go do the boss n get item. 2- Wait for it because your to lazy even if your a pker. I wouldn't like to see the server get reset.In other words what shar said..

You are detatched from reality. Majority of RS players now are Skillers/PVMers & there is no reason for somebody looking exclusively to Pk to play this server over a spawn pk server.

Not saying pkers should be thrown in the gutter but continuing to focus mainly on pkers is stupid. If the game is good & has a decent economy/playerbase then Pkers will play regardless.

??? People prefer pking on eco server's as its alot more worth it. If your on a spawn server do you get excited about getting ahrims-tent-bring etc. You don't because its cheap asf on this server if you get a pk like that it's decent unlike spawn server where it cost 2kbm to get it all back

If you're saying that pking on a server with a decent economy is prefered by pkers then the game should be balanced around PVMers & Skillers (the ones who control the economy), not pkers. As I already said the majority of RS & RSPS players are PVMers/Skillers so you'd be doing more harm than good trying to target pkers. If the game has a decent eco and a decent playerbase of PVMers to gather items then the pkers will naturally come flocking.

Economy is supposed to work by PVMers/Skillers obtain items to sell to the pkers. What doesn't work is giving pkers a blood money shop where they can buy 100s of whips leaving the PVMers with nowhere to sell their loots.

I still don't understand the demand for a harder normal mode when hard mode is basically exactly what you're looking for. Why duplicate the mode?

Hard mode is nothing alike what people want with a reset since hard mode is more grindy with 20x osrs exp and lesser rates. People just want the regular mode to be reset with a stricter eco where everything is meaningful.

fyi most of the players who were playing regular now only play iron man/hcim/hardmode because regular mode is meaningless

Given how extremely dead hard mode is, wouldn't it be easier to just bump the XP some on the mode?

All you have to do is:
1). Make a list of the people begging for a reset
2). Check their staking logs
3). Check their bank
4). You have your answer!
