Not a bad idea, only problem i have with it is that people won't want to do tasks for skills they already have 99s in. Maybe it could prioritise giving you tasks in skills you don't already have 99s in?

Should also put the skilling outfits from bonds into this rewards shop

These won't be daily, it'll be like slayer tasks - do it when you feel like it. Maybe, Palidino could add daily tasks in the future.
