You login, you set stats, you vote and get pk supply boxes... how hard is that? Your first batch of tickets buys you a whip/tent with some cash left over.. What more do you need to login and pk? Giving everything away is a mistake and leaves nothing to work for. If you prefer to make money pking, use your skills, or go kill the influx of PvM'ers who will be in wildy from my suggestions for cash. And again, if the starter gear isn't enough, buff it a little bit. If that still isn't enough and you must have top tier gear in minutes of starting the server open your wallet and buy some fucking bonds.
Think of how many bonds will not be sold if you start giving away all the things people want when they first join the server and how that donation money could be spent on advertising to get the overall server pop up.
