Preset Timers

Its a RSPS why most server's have Presets and don't have timers and if they do you can't get spec back unless its a BM currency server.
And dont people rag already i'm sure pkers would be fine with it. It just a inconvenience of having it their but not to a full potential, While i've got some attention here

I think preset timers should only apply if you have a spec wep wielded or in your inventory as you wouldn't want to take away this feature from skillers. (fuck doing RC without presets)
