This new update is making fun pking @ whites etc so aids you've got to wait like 3mins+
Suggestion-Make it the way it was before but only gold mems can get spec after whiteports/after slayer task for pvmers etc

agree completely, or somehow code each pool differently? not sure if thats possible. the clw pool should restore spec instantly for testing purposes or practice.

It needs some kind of timer on it otherwise edgeville turns into how it was before with the same 5 people spec rushing over and over again.

It was 1 minute before which was too little, but I'd settle for a 2:30 timer

This is being changed so that the special attack restore delay only applies if you've been in the wilderness in the last 5 minutes. Clan wars/non-wilderness PvM will no longer have delays.

Still horrible. You need to wait 5 minutes after every single fight to go and rematch.
