You should consider which one will be the primary one as world 2 will have more balanced economy most likely. By this I mean directing new players to the more suitable world.

Basically w2 is a hard mode world 1 Love this More accounts to play awesome. Love a grind obviously this girl is not afraid of time spent playing one bit.

Whats the point of this if it's gonna be the exact same game in 3 months time?

I would suggest adding the full diary as seen on OSRS, along with alot of custom diaries/tasks. This gives people incentive to do things. Rewards can be anywhere from a chunk of exp, to cosmetics, to usefull items like the ardy cloak, wilderness sword etc.

Add some new stuff ingame, such as quests( not those easy ones as world 1.)
