Only spawns in the corners, let it get beside you and walk one square away from it and it doesn't hurt you and disappears.
There are only 2 squares in the area where it spawns. Stand in the oposite corner(s) and you'll have plenty of time to cast Crumble Undead. after you've casted it also make sure you run away for further safety
