he should start with contacting sohanrsps/fewb on YT, both make rsps vids exclusively so their sub base is all from there, they have more subs than everyone you listed combined, and i think the latter already played BS at one point before he got a bigger sub base
lol its the content and the teams is what i am reffering too.. every link i providied are teams on rsps.. these are the guys you need on this server, they just need insentives to come over, but hey what do i know....
